Sea Island Shipwrights, LLC is proud to be a part of the Spirit of South Carolina tall ship project. The South Carolina Maritime Heritage Foundation is undertaking to build this magnificent tall ship and she will belong to all the people of South Carolina. The Spirit will provide educational opportunities, while sailing, for the youth of our State. Inaugural sail of the "Spirit of South Carolina" Sunday May 20, 2007 during the Parade of Sails of Tall Ships in the Charleston Harbor!!!
